Westminster police get eco-friendly vehicle

WESTMINSTER, MD. — Westminster police are using a three-wheel, scooter-like electric vehicle they hope will increase officers' visibility. The T-3 was unveiled on Thursday. The $9,000 vehicle was paid with seized drug money and a donation from the Kiwanis Club of Greater Westminster.
